206 cc Hydraulic Tappetts - again !!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
New member.
My wife has a 206cc 1.6 and 18 months ago at 14000 miles whilst still under warranty we had to have new hydraulic tappetts.

Guess what at 23000 miles it looks like the have gone again - car not under warranty anymore.

Anybody any experience re warranty of original repair loner than 12 months and any tips for successfull free second repair.

I thought it was just the 2.0L that had issues with tappets. Think this is first for the 1.6
