We have had 26 degrees celsius and sun the whole week and it seems to be the same weather this weekend. Its times like this we, who are mad enough to by a cab in the cold north, can smile the whole way around.

Well Bergen, it's been 31 here in England for over a week and it's forecast to stay right through till October

30 degs min in Denmark (just got back - had a GREAT time) Denmark is the place to be to draw admiring glances in a CC...Ours was the only one we saw, and (no offence to our Danish Forum users) the danes seem to potter around in crappy cars. There was a noticable difference when we crossed the German-Danish border - suddenly the Mercs and BMW's disappeared and we were by far the snazziest motor on Denmarks roads!!!

Like a mad man on acid

I am quite obviously jealous and merely lying to make myself feel better

At least we won the footie - the weather is our next challenge I suppose

gregs, you're completely right about the crappy cars in dk (except for my cc off course ;) )

when i tell you that my 1,6 litre cc costs 31.000 € in dk you can imagne what the lux cars like mb and bmw costs in dk.

wonder if there are other danes at this forum....

let's alle hope for lots of sunshine this summer!

How much!!!!!!!!
Mind you, that's about the price of a pint of beer in dk too. I personally prefer 'Tuborg' to Carlsberg but need a 2nd Mortgage to go out on the town.

Its half past ten in the evening and still 24 degrees.... Just came back from a trip in the city and I belive "all" cab drivers in Bergen where driving smilingly around eating ice-cream.
By the way, the car and beer prices is higher in Norway then in Denmark
In fact, alot of norwegians buy cars in Denmark and import it to Norway (we do the same with beer). On a 206cc I would save about 2500/3000 pund, but loose two years garantie. The bier is about half of the prices in Norway so a combi tour to Denmark buying a car and beer is a bargain
