I am new to this site in hope I can get some advise please.
I bought my 206cc (2002) last year and enjoyed a lovely summer.
Its a love hate relationship now as probably because of cars age ( though in lovely condition) I have had loads of niggles with it.
Present ones are - CANT OPEN BOOT! help! wont unlock with key.
Also scaryily when I am trying to accelerate sometimes the engine seems to slow down before picking up speed - worried someone may rear end me!
Is this a costly job?
Hubby is not the mechanical type so will have to take to the garage!
Help a numpty Newbie! Please

I have a similar issue with this loss of power, it's not too bad and only happens when the engine is cold, I have learned to deal with it. Someone else posted with the problem here viewtopic.php?id=11372 but never came back with the solution.
