more power

hello ive got a 206 roland garros with the 1.6 8v engine, what mods can i do to get more power out of it..

also does anyone know if i can put a 16v head on to the current block ?

I have a 1.6 16v. It is major surgery for verry little gain.
Leave it alone then buy a faster car.
