Please can you help I brought a car on Thursday went to collect on Saturday before I could leave the forecourt
The roof didn't work the seat wouldn't,lock in place . The seller managed to get the roof working but I refused to take the,car because it seat wasn't safe he said he would have it repaired and delivered to me by mon. Well,Monday came no car but it came Tuesday, I took the car for a spin the roof would close and a alarm kept buzzing g I rang the garage they said take it to your nearest dealer which I did. On the way there the oil light came on,and the stop light flashed I forgot to mention that before I left the forecourt the oil pressure light came on,another reason I refused to take it. The Peugeot garage stripped it down said there's metal filings in the dump and the turbo is worn the roof needs a switch. The seller agreed to pay for the roof but won't let Peugeot strip down the engine to see where the metal filings I've paid,5grand for the car they took mine in part ex for 6days I've been without transport . I at a loss at what to do I went mad at salesman but as yet he won't give me a refund please help.

Agreed. Not fit for purpose. Take it back and dump it at the dealers. Put your concerns about the car in writing, not email and send it recorded delivery - no oil pressure. roof beeping and the seat (if that's not fixed, mot failure this year)
and state you are rejecting it. If it's on finance, contact the finance company, they will have some clout.
