Firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong section but although its an electrical issue its also an audio issue.
OK, here we go, removed the stock Clarion unit today to replace it with a new Kenwood affair.
All going well, ignition on, stereo on - ignition off, stereo off after approx 1 min. Open any door, stereo on then off after approx a minute. Lock or unlock the car and same again, on for approx a minute.
I have used the ISO connectors so no splicing involved. The stalk remote is now not being used.
Can anybody shed any light on this - please!!
