I've given up on my Wifes 206cc, I'm going to push it off a cliff if I can get the car to drive to one.
It all started at 3000Kms with the Anti pollution light and going into limp mode. Took it to Peugeot, they cleared the ECU and said Injector 1 trouble. OK says I, change it to another pot, lets see.
Soon after, the problem starts again. This time its the Cat alarm, take it back again, cleared the alarm in the ECU.
The problem clears itself occasionally so I thought, change the brand/Octane of fuel, that sorts it for a while, then again we are back at the dealer. This time its the coil pack, changed plugs and general check over. As my Wife doesn't do a lot of mileage, by this time the car is out of warranty and I'm short of close to a £1000.
All OK for a while until we get to 13000Kms then it starts again. Now they want the equivalent of £3000 in my local money. Whaaaat??? Whats wrong now? They want to change various "bits" and may as well change the Cam belt while they're under the bonnet. Now, I'm not as stupid as I look, we'll skip the Cam belt. I wrote to Peugeot, complaining bitterly, they said I had a bad attitude

and wouldn't talk to me.
Its now been 5 years/54000Kms and this problem is constantly popping up. Its had roof trouble, the A/C has been re-gassed 3 times and it creaks more than my old bones.
Anybody have any ideas or suggestions? apart from the Cliff suggestion.
