Yesterday my car had to go in as a part arrived for my car under warranty and when I picked the car up @5.30pm it was cleaned inside and out, the inside was not done very well and the cleaning solution they used was still visible so had to complete the job myself, the paint work on the roof and above the front windscreen outside, today I noticed a few quarter inch scratches so I took it to the dealer to have a look at and was told I had to see the service manger next week and they will investigate what happend if it is not sorted out I'm not going to be happy.

Ps sorry for me rambling on but just thought it might help, my car is now 6 months old.

I took my car to the dealership for the service manager to look at scratches on the roof and above the front window, the service manager did'nt seem that interested but said that it would go to the spray shop to put it right so fingers crossed it will be all done.

Peter,

This complimentary wash insisted upon by Peugeot is more trouble that it is worth!

See my posts under GAZ's topic 'Paint Job' in the 'Other Problems' section.

When our car next goes into a Peugeot dealer, (don't know if it will be Camden at Bedford or Warwick Wright Brent Cross), it will have several notices on saying:

'DO NOT CLEAN!'

As well as the white paint and dent, I suspect minor scratching on our Black car is down to three washes at Camden...... and they don't give a toss!

God, there scenarios sound like perfect nightmares.

If these were mine, I'd be phoning my solicitor insisting on suitable compensation for the inconvenience and suffering from such incompetance.

Robbie,

Compensation?

Quote from Warwick Wright Brent Cross letter in my posts on 'Paint Job':

"In respect of your request for compensation I am unable to offer anything as Peugeot do not recognise the need to do so."
