Seat heater not working

Hey!
So i recently changed the seats of my car which is a peugeot 206 2005 and the seat on the driver side isn't working. My old seats had no problems on both seats. So this is where i'm at, i have checked the wiring for the seat heater and it's not giving any reading of resistance on the multimeter, so i continued up the wiring and there are another connector that splits the 2 wires into 4 which i assume is for the back warmer and the "ass" warmer. So one when i check the two wires going up they give a reading of resistance but not the other ones. So i'm left thinking that the wires have an issue inside the seat.

Can anybody tell me where to go from here and what i can do with this information?

I believe you can get "generic" seat heaters on EBay, if you want to dismantle the seat to install them.
