206, 1,4 ,4sp auto ( car lost power on 2gear )

Hello everybody

I have a 206,1.4,4 speed automatic ,prod:2003

During the city drive and the transmission is on the second gear and before I stop the car,if I press back on the gas pedal to start accelerating the car again sometimes car lost the power and I hear a noise from the transmission
As it is throttled


Any advices ???

The first thing to check is the amount of fluid in the transmission. The method is available here. Click Mechanical/Transmission/Gearbox and scroll down to "DRAINING/REFILLING/CHECK OF LEVEL OIL - AL4 AUTOMATIC GEARBOX". Caution - use ONLY ESSO (or Mobil) LT 71141 fluid. Do not use so-called "equivalents".

If that is ok, diagnosis with Peugeot Planet is the best (if not the only) way to find out what is happening with the automatic transmission.
