1) there is any obd chip or program that can boost hp for 206cc 1.6 ?
2) what is the diffrent bitween 2002 to 2005 model .. engain different?

The 206cc was built with the following engines:

1.6 8 valve 90PS petrol TU5JP
1.6 16 valve 110PS petrol TU5JP4
2.0 16 Valve 138PS petrol EW10J4
1.6 HDi 110PS diesel DV6 TED4

Note: The PS data is from Peugeot documentation, not Wikipedia, which has small differences.

I think all the last 3 were available from 2002 to 2005. Options such as climate control and CD changer and leather trim were also available over that time frame. At some time (maybe in 2002 or 3), the bumper and side trims changed from black to body colour.

Knowing the propensity of Peugeots to go wrong, I wouldn't advise modifying the engine unless you have a lot of money and access to experts. If you must have more power, choose the EW10J4 engine, but expect to pay considerably higher insurance.

You might try asking on 206info.co.uk as they are more into tuning there. But most chips simply richen the fuel ...
