To all those who weren't aware.....I t***ted my passenger side wing mirror off the car on Monday, Peugeot here in Germany told me 2 WEEKS for a replacement. Using the power of this forum, Erm very kindly offered to go to his local dealer and pick one up for me. This he duly did, wrapped it beautifully and posted it on Wednesday...Said item is now in my possesion in Germany and ready to be fitted to my car to make it complete once more.
Now, I know we all THINK we 'know' each other on this forum, but, at the end of the day, the vast majority of us have never met. Erm 'took a chance' on shelling out his own cash to buy and send a mirror to a bloke he has never met...some people may say that he shouldn't have done it, but I say a huge THANK-YOU to him for this kind act as its really helped me out of a pickle.
