noisy power steering

any ideas why i could be getting a really loud noise frommy powersteering? any help would be great.

i get it occasionally. somthirng to do with the rubbers not be greasy enough ???
in short not really sure

oh and i had that problem once....but never again, just like my leaks....and window rattling
