Rattling Door

Hi has anyone that installed an ICE with out sub with 4 channel amp, suffer from door rattling when increasing the bass? Or is it that the fitter didn't screw the door tight enough?

the only rattles i had were after a while the screws holding the speakers in and come a little lose. 5 minute fix.
