Hi guys and gals.

Unfortunately, I own an MG ZR, but my girlfriend owns a 53 registered 206cc, s model I believe.

Since I've been modding my car, I think my g/f has caught the bug and now wants to upgrade her 15" alloys with a nice big set of 17's.

Can anyone give me some info on fitting 17's.

Is there any rubbing at all, on full lock or otherwise, or will they just fit straight on as if they're meant to be there.

Secondly, she's not too keen on the vortex alloy that peugeot sell, so she's looking at tyre and wheel packages on the net, or places like halfords etc.

She is interested in these 'jade' alloys.

What do people think??

I've photoshopped it and it looks very nice but I'd like some opinions please

Thanks people

17" Wheels will go straight on with no rubbing. You will need spacers which the supplier will have already on the wheel.

Peugeot wheels are expensive and your probably better off looking somewhere else.

I've got Miglia Evo's with 205/40 Goodyear Eagle F1's. The only problem I have with them are keeping them clean! :)

Spacers are only required if the offset is different. I have 17" TSW razors and the car is lowered 35mm with uprated shock absorners and there are no problems.

I think you need 17/7/28 or some thing. The offset is 28. Or 25. Dammit, I can't remember now.
