HI there
A couple of things to look at for this that you should try, first is take out the spark plugs and check their condition (they should be clean or slightly rust colourer) also check the gap (I think it should be 0.9mm but check the book if you have one). If the plugs are oily or damaged then you have major problems.
Next check the air filter, box and pipes for a blockage(like leaves), also check the exhaust for damage and for restriction. (I once found that I dirt in the end of my exhaust and this caused me lots of little problems I didn’t need
)
If it’s none of the above then you need to have it tested at a pug dealer as it could be a sensor, ECU or even the CAT.
