Heater/blower/ Not working

Can anyone please help me! My heaters and bloer in my car is not working, i have replaced the heater resister control unit but this makes no difference. My car is steaming up as soon as i go out in it because vthere is no heat, the lights on the heater resister control are not lit up and it seems like no powere is getting to it. i have checked all fuses and they are fine. does anybody have any information they can help me with please. Its a 51 plate 206cc 1.6

question do you hear the fan when you turn it on full with engin running?

Or are you just not getting any heat?

Hi Jimlea69

I know this won't help sort your problem but you may be able to help me. Where exactly is the blower resistor unit i've removed the glovebox and the fan but still cannot locate the resistor unit!! I've cut my hands to shreads messing arround but can't find anything please help
