Programmming Key Blip

Hi 1st post, only got 1 key with car, was wondering if you can just get a 2nd hand one & reprogramm it as per manual or are they not reprogrammable, thanks

Take your security code card to a Peugeot dealer and they'll get a spare key for you. I don't think a 2nd hand one would work your immobiliser.

Thanks for that grandad monkey but they are regularly sold on ebay & i dont seem to find anyone who says they didnt work or were not programmable, i am puzzled why people would buy them in that instance as they are wothless ?
