Using Oil

Hi all you other cc owners!

Hoping that someone can help me, my 1.6 has only done 5k but seems to be using a lot of oil but no sign of it buring it out of the exhaust, any ideas?

Have to top it up evey month, does anyone else have this problem ?

When was the oil and filter last changed? What oil was used, and was it a genuine filter? What year is the car?
