Probably been asked a million times but I am new here!

The left hand (near side) headlight bulb has just blown on my wife's 54 206cc. 2.0ltr Allure.

Easy to replace I thought but no!

Looks like the whole headlight has to come out as there is very little space behind it and no visable means of getting to the bulb in situ.

Does anyone have a step by step please as we don't have a manual nor the money to put it in the hands of a Peugeot garage

Hi - I recently had the same problem but needed the car later in the day and had to go to work, so took it in to my local Peugeot dealer.

The charge was £17.47 - of which £8.69 was for the bulb.

Rob is right, the garage will ensure your headlamp is aligned correctly if they do it and if they charge a total of less than £20 it is worth it.

Of course, you could invest the £20 in a Haynes manual and then a few quid more for some tools and do it yourself and get the garage to check the alignment afterwards.

It goes some way to explaining why you see so many cars that blind you with misaligned head lamps nowadays.

Hi, I'm a new commer

I have a problem with the headlight which does not go on when any door is open! Also, no alarm is displayed on the LCD saying that "... DOOR IS OPEN"!
the bulb is OK

Can it be a problem in ECU, BSI or door lock?
