...... that I had driven the car off a cliff - got paid the insurance but lost phone and wallet and everything else that normally rides in the car with me. Knew it would be near impossible to replace one the same so was thinking I'd get a black one with the red and black leather interior, but would have to pay another $200 for another set of chrome rollover bars... and then I woke up and MASSIVE relief that it's safe in the stables!!! It felt so real!!!

This isn't the first dream like that... my car gets terrorised in my sleep all the time - hit by a bulldozer, left the handbrake off and it rolled into a pole, reversed into by a stationwagon, vandalised, and finally, went missing without a trace

How about you? Your car ever feature in your dreams, or do I suffer an obsessive love for my car ;)

How very odd, I had a dream about my car this morning.
Often I wake at 5am-6am, get a glass of water and go back to bed and have a series of small dreams that I can remember as soon as I wake, but an hour later havent got a clue what I dreamt about. But reading your post this morning I can recall my dream:

I had reprayed my 206cc bright pink (yuk) and I bumped into prince charles who told me it clashed really badly with the blue interior. I asked him if he was serious and was one having a larrfff? He said No and I was really put out, so I clicked my fingers and the car turned white and I said "What about now"?
Dont recall what happened next :/

I like my car, I wouldnt say I love it :/ Already thinking of changing it for summert else :/

Strangely, although I have dreamed about my CC, I quite often still dream I am driving my very first car - a 1975 Mini 1000 that must have gone to the great scrapyard in the sky many years ago! In one recent dream I was actually driving my CC and spotted my old Mini in a scrapyard by the road and went in and bought it back!
:hyper:
People who don't like cats were probably mice in an earlier life.

Hehe you must have quite enjoyed you Mini at the time for it to still be on your mind like that!

Once again, my CC didn't do too well - why does this keep happening??????? I had flipped it over so the aerial had broken off and the front bumper was dinted, but for some reason we weren't going to get it fixed....... I have problems I know :P

I had the most awful dream the other night! My daughter and I were doing about 90 on the M25 (and I realise that that is virtually impossible and 9 is more the norm) but she decided that as the sun had come out (for the first time this year) that she would pop the roof! As i was overtaking in the third lane I looked up and saw the roof going up and then watched it bend and buckle in the rear view mirror before it finally flung itself off! I woke up in a cold sweat!!! Despite realising it was only a dream I was crying in bed and consoling myself whilst feeling traumatised at the awful fate of my car!!! Is it time I got a life?
