Central Locking
Drivers door is not locking or unlocking when using remote is right, everything else is working
ie passenger door and rear hatch. is this normal ( friends car and she has just got it no handbook to refer to)

No it is not normal. Sounds as if the unit in the driver's door has had it. Does it operate when using the button on the dash?
