Problem with noise at the front

Hi Everyone
I've recently bought a 206cc 51 plate, only done 60,000 i've got a what sounds like a jingling noise coming from my wheel i think. It only happens when i hit a bunp. Any suggestions appreciated.

Could possibly be the ABS ring on the CV joint.
