Passenger door won't open

Help! Anyone got any suggestions / tips on how to open my passenger door, the solenoid seems to be still working, however, the door is jammed locked. We need to open it to see what is causing the problem. I can't seem to find anyone with a similar problem. Thanks

take the door card off and see what's the matter or maybe just oil all of the mechanism, good luck

Thanks we've tried that, it seems to be the actual catch that keeps the door locked that is the problem! We've pulled all the wires, jiggled the solenoid, I'm thinking it might be an expensive trip to Peugeot!

I wonder if the deadlock has stuck on that side.

Each door lock motor is integral with the lock assembly and cannot be renewed separately. If the motor is faulty, the complete lock assembly must be renewed.

I personally would seek the help of my local Peugeot specialist.
