Whats Going On

Hi Everyone
Hope someone can help. Just bought a 2002 Puegeot 206cc for my daughter and have a few problems.
1 There is air coming from the passenger footwell when driving and stops when i hit the brake and when i put my hand up to the servo unit the rubber pipe was loose. Is that ok or is the servo gone.
2 When i lock the car and walk away after about 1 minute the front lights come on and the dashboard lights flash. They stay on until you open the door then the front lights go off. You have to start the car to get the dash lights to turn off. Is this all linked to the servo.
Any feedback will be helpful.

Update
No 2: The light stalk needs replacing. Common fault with Puegeot cars.
Anybody help with servo leak. ANYBODY

Fairly common fault (search this forum for servo). Cure is to replace the servo if it is leaking.

Hello Again Everyone
Just want to pick a few brains.
Need a light stalk/wiper combo unit for my 2002 Puegeot 206cc and wondered will all other puegeot stalks fit. Are they Universal. Example: 2002,2003,2004 - 307 , 2002,2003,2004 - 206
