Beeping and central locking not working..

Hello, i wondered if anyone can help with an intermittant fault on my 206cc. Began last week and happened twice. Parked up opened door, constant beeping - same warning as if lights were on etc... stopped again when door shut. Keys were out of ignition, lights off, roof in place. No warnings on dash board. But when I got out though still beeping, shut door and went to lock it, central locking not working, though I was able to lock the car on the key with other doors locking too on the central locking with key. Came back after an hour and all ok, but did it again later in the week. any ideas? Is it a roof sensor? Roof working ok I checked ths when it stopped raining!
