Had the AA out to it today , he checked all fuses ,which i had already done ,but he rechecked them anyway, after an hour of messing about with it he couldnt solve it,so,he towed us home and give me a phone number of a "mate" of his,who promptly turned up within 10 mins in a dodgy green van ,did similar checks and the ecu unit was fried he said,£150 plus £60 to fit it and code my key to it. Dont know if they have pulled a fast one on me or not!! Price sounds reasonable though for an ecu unit I think.Hes coming back 2moro to fit it,lets hope it works!!!

He changed the ecu and fuse box under the bonnet next to the battery and hey presto i'm back on the road, but now the radio keeps beeping every 3 seconds,it's working , and i can listen to every station, but what an annoying beep.
