Hi guys,
Does anybody know what size abs ring is needed for an 03 plate 206cc? My girlfriends 2 front ones both have teeth chipped but I cant find what size is needed and I dont really want to take them off to measure them.
I cant seem to find anything on google but an ebay listing seems to suggest its 90mm?
Regards

Could well be 90mm but apparently some are 85mm

Re: ABS Ring Size
86mm is the other size, from what I can gather the 2 different sizes are for different models of 206, I cant see it being 2 different sizes for the CC, I just wondered if anybody knew without having to take them off to measure.

Re: ABS Ring Size
My front passenger side ring has snapped so I';; be taking the hub off to investigate when it stops raining.
If I can get it off easily I'll take some measurements.

Re: ABS Ring Size
Thanks mate that would be greatly appreciated!
I have ordered both sizes and will just return the size that doesn't fit, but if you can update me before they get changed it will be most helpful, for others as well as myself.

Re: ABS Ring Size
It's been raining all day again today so I doubt I'll have time before Monday to take things apart, likewise if you get there before I do, can you let me know the size.
Thanks
Thanks

hi mate
ive just had this prob and mine were 86mm, i was struggling to get some and what was about were expensive, but u say u have ordered some, in the end i got 2 new cv joints with the rings on from j and r driveshafts, they were £27 for the pair delivered ,cant go wrong at that price, it saved a load of hassle, they're fitted and they're fine.
just a thought.
cheers

Hi mate,
Is yours the 1.6 or the 2.0?
I only live around the corner from them so it may be worth just replacing the CV joints as you say.

Re: ABS Ring Size
Bought a CV joint from Eurocar parts (it's cheaper sister in fact) for £38.
Got my mate to fit it for £45. I wasn't brave enough to-do this job myself.
All fixed now and working well, treated the girl to a new set of front tyres (the correct size as the old ones were 205/50 rather than 205/45 as per the rears)
