can u put your own mesh in the front grillie where the black plastic is ? anyone done it any pics?

Willie you can indeed, but it looks pants. One of the guys at my local dealership did it to his 106, spent £20 on expensive chicken wire and a couple of quid on the SP badge - lo and behold, a Blue Peter style mesh grille. I won't be taking pics. take it from me - it's worth spending the £180 so people...

i agree if you can afford a CC then just buy the real mesh grille

how cheap and nasty - why would anyone even consider using chicken wire - does the guy have anough money to fill the tank?

i was just wondering if it could be done as the mesh grille sp type is not sold in ireland gotta import now any dealers where i can get it from?
