Last night I left my top down and we had a thunderstorm so much so it woke me up though I completely forgot my car's roof was down!! I grabbed a towel and soaked up as much water as I could off the seats they were in puddle form! I then did up the roof and windows and drove to work leaving the heater on full blast the whole way to work (30Minutes) it seemed to help was just wondering what to look out for and what to check?

I would leave a couple of bowls of silica gel in there for a couple of days too (or table salt)

Yes, but most people haven't got one, so I didn't mention it.
Cheers Col.

Re: Left top down in rain last night :(
Ok so got into my car to go for some lunch and my drivers side window decided to go down on it's own accord. I can't do the windows back up either though the passenger side window works fine as it should any ideas on how to fix this??

Re: Left top down in rain last night :(
In the end I took the switch out the center console and unplugged it then took it apart remembering which bits wen where and cleaned it up. Found the circuit at the bottom of the switch and all the solder joints were corroded. Simple fix little bit of wire wool and a soft wire brush over the top of the circuit put back together and tadaaa working like new again
I also gave it a clean all sorts of hair and stuff gets clogged in these switches the switch feels lovely to push down now
