Beeping roof

Hi, I am a new owner of a 2.0l 206cc, hubby bought it for me so I can have the roof down in the summer months. The problem is the roof with not work using the button, I get a constant beep when I press the button or drive over 5mph. I love the car but the beeping is driving me nuts. We have tried the manual reset, the luggage shelf is out and engaging on the micro switch. We have checked the other micro switches and the oil level in the pump. We have pulled the shunt fuse and tried to reset it that way. I am now out of ideas and would be very grateful for any help as the weather is great and I want to out with the top down. Anyone live near Holbeach / Spalding with a diagnostics machine or enough experience with these roofs who can help with this.

Thanks for the reply gazza82. I have tried wverything my limited skills allow. I will have a look at the roof problems section and hope I find something. someone near me with diagnostics would be ideal.
