Roof Disaster

I open the roof electrically and while closure it kept beeping and didn't close so I tried closing it manually but while carrying out the hydraulic unit load reduction operation the valve where I put the allen key part of it broke inside the pump.
I managed to get the broken part from inside the pump but now I cant find another valve for the roof.
Can anyone help???
I was thinking I could make another one on a turning machine but will it work???
And if there anyplace where I can buy only this valve can any one please tell me where???

Don't think it is available seperately. I would try a hydraulic specialist.

Did the roof pump design change from 2001 to 2007???

Anythings possible. You would need a sample to measure.

I think the pumps were all the same.

The roof now is pressurized and I've opened the hooks but now I can't close it and I've also managed opening the rear shelf.
I've bought a new roof pump but don't know what procedure to do to depressurize the hydraulic system using the new roof pump please help???????

Just put a load of rag down to catch spillage, and change the pump. Refill with oil and it should self bleed when you operate it.
