I have the interface and software but cant install it (Not great with computers lol)

I have had same problem but hope its sorted now it as to be a 32bit computer not a 64 bit windows xp3 vista windows 7 windows 8 but all 32 bit ,no anti virus or firewall I have a great guy building me a laptop for this and can recommend his services he has been a big no giant help to me and not that expensive to be honest

USB drivers can be a pain. Try the forum I suggestedleegsi wrote:Windows XP I think.
I didn't use the disk with the lexia cables ... Downloaded from forum and used that. Safer!!

Not sure if this will help anyone, but I hope so.
I have just got PP2000 working on a 64bit Windows 7 laptop, by using VMware player (free!) and a copy of Windows XP SP3 32bit. Programmed 3 keys to the car without a problem.
The only difficulty arose because the bottom of the PP2000 screen with the "buttons" was not visible - the trick is to use the VMware "full-screen" control at the top of the screen. It resizes the PP2000 screen so all is visible.
