Locks

Post by Jess9193 »

I'm wondering if anyone could help me, my car won't unlock when I use the button on the key (it will lock just not unlock) but when I press the unlock button my indicators still flash as normal

Don't suppose any one has any suggestions?

Thanks

Sounds like it is deadlocking. Try a BSI reset. Details at top of electrical section

206s do have a bit of a reputation for failing door lock actuators.

As an example http://206infoexchange.proboards.com/thread/1254

My money would be on one of yours failing.

My locks don't randomly open them selfs , it just dosent unlock when using my button the indicators still flash though, I have to unlock the doors by the key if I unlock one I'll have to walk round to the other side unlock that side by the key an it unlocks but the door dosent open, I'm going to try resetting the bsi but thanks anyway
