Neither of our reversing lights on our 2005 2.0 SE 206cc are working.
Both the bulbs are fine, the switch appears to be fine - power is going through it at the right current - and yet the lights are not on.
Can anyone suggest whether there is a fuse somewhere that we can't find. Or any other advice.

Fuses are all listed in the owners handbook. If you don't have one , you can download it from our site.

Right, if we are reading the handbook right it is fuse number one in the engine bay - he's taken it out and it is intact with no hint of corrosion at all.

Yes that would be it. Have you checked the bulb holders themselves? They can sometimes get water in taillight unit and cause corrosion to the bulb holders.
