Since we bought our bargain 206 cc in April we've spent pretty much the same amount again on repairs.

It now has new wheels and tyres, the steering track rod replaced, a new exhaust and the timing belt replaced.

We had it away with us at the weekend - looking good and driving well.

Saturday in Royal Berkshire was glorious ... t-shirt weather walking along the Thames, pub lunch in garden ...

Sunday and today, back to normal (although not back in Brighton yesterday between 7pm and 9pm)

Even had to resort to turning central heating on as my fingers were so cold I can't type (and I work in IT where that is a bit of a disadvantage!)

Love the pics Mitchy and the wheels look smart. Are they centreless?

Just got back from Wales myself in the L200. Would have been good but wife had a heart attack on Thursday and by Friday dinner time she was having an operation to fit stents.

Got her back home last night. She tires very quickly but I am getting her to rest for the week. I expect that it will take 4 weeks before she is fit again, probably fitter than she was as she has had to stop smoking. She has smoked since she was 11 and smoked a packet a day.
With the heart attack she has had to stop. She never wants to smoke again the pain scared her. She said it was worse than labour pain.
