Leather Restore :)

Post by percymama »

Hey Guys

I am picking up my 2001 today and need some advise regarding a suitable method of restoring the Leather seats a little, they are not that bad for a 15 year old car, but could do with a little love.

I found this on eBay below

Item number 281744050293

Is this going to be suitable? not looking for a full restoration just trying to get the Black back into it really?

Has anyone done this on theirs? and what did you use, or what can you suggest?

Thanks :)

Try Grison Leather Restorer Cream.
I've used this and found it excellent. It doesn't need too much rubbing in and doesn't come off
on your clothes. Available in a number of colours. Got mine from fleabay.

Good !!!!
I've also used it on shoes, wallets and leather jackets.
May need re-applying every six months or so, but haven't found anything better or cheaper.

Might sound daft but i've used kiwi shoe dye on mine and they came up like new, it wont improve cracks or anything like that but its spot on for restoring the new look on good leather and it doesn't wear off on your clothes
