Car shaking when turn ignition on

Hi this morning I've notice that my car was shaking when I turned the engine on. No smell or war I g light. What could it be?
New driver and first time car owner.
Peugeot 206 cc silver
2004
1.6 l
manual petrol

One cylinder is not firing.
Probably
206cc 1.6 2002 Silver.
L200 2.4 Forlife (wifes)
CB 400/4 (garaged for 15 years)

Would people please, please give their car details properly!!
A diesel has different issues to a petrol and different petrol engines have different things that could cause this.

I never knew there was a diesel 206cc.
