Hi there,
I have a Peugeot 206 (2002) 1.1 LX and I am trying to install a reverse camera to the car however it takes its power from the reverse light so I can only use it when I am in reverse but I do not know which wire is the reverse light wire and how I would connect the camera wire to the reverse wire.. such as do I solder the camera wire to the reverse light wire or use a connector? Any ideas?
My other question is.. If I drill a hole on the outside of the boot.. Can I see the hole from the inside? Do I need to remove the boot trim to get to the hole? This is so I can route the wires into the boot.
If some body came up with an answer, it would be well appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: Reverse light wiring?
You need the hatchback forum, not the forum for 206cc Coupe Convertible owners.

No need to apologise mate. I'll leave the thread on as it may help others who search on here.

Your car will have some similarities with the 206cc and you may find some posts on here interesting.
Good luck with resolving the issue with the camera installation.
