Just made a chilli using fresh chillis. Went to the toilet and didn't wash my hands thoroughly first.

I did that and found the ONLY solution to cool the heat.

YOGURT YOGURT YOGURT!!! I used Strawberry, opened and plonked me mucka in for 5 mins - aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh! Not wanting to waste I carefully placed back in fridge and to my astonishment me flate mate didn't even realise it had been opened ;)

Greg I feel very sorry for you but it's soooooo funny!!!! Make sure you don't rub your eyes or nose too.

On a similar note, beware of using too much heat rub on your inner thighs after skiing... 3 hours of agony. :lol:
