Hello,
I'm a total car novice so this is probably a very basic question but... I have a 2001 1.6 206cc and I'm told I need to replace the aircon compressor. I'm assuming there is a range of years that a compressor from another 1.6 would work? And from a normal 206?
Any info much appreciated.

That same compressor is used on a range of Peugeots and Citroens. Just make sure the part numbers on the sticker are the same.
