Throttle position sensor can only be on the throttle itself so its on the end or outside of the butterfly pivot.
You haven't mentioned which engine you have yet so here's 1.6 and 2.0 versions that the cc have....
1.6 its an integral part of the throttle housing (4)
2.0 manual throttle with a cable and the position sensor (11)
There is a later type too that has an electrical throttle so no cable and no position sensor
Uneven throttle

My car is a 1.6 and so it looks just like one the first picture. Does that mean i have to change the throttle body with the problems that i'm having?

Really sorry for the really late replay completely forgot that there was a new answer. I could not get any information such as the APP from the car.Capncol wrote:Can you check APP too? (which is the position of the pedal)
