Moving rear parcel shelf.
Hi wonder if anyone can help? I've taken my roof down manually to try and perform a reset. I can't get the moving rear parcel shelf to stay in place. What I an doing wrong? Can anyone give me some advice Please?

We have but nothing seems to work. It a bit frustrating.
