Has anyone noticed when moving the car forward a loud click noise comes out from the rear right tire after the car is parked over night with the hand brake engaged?? Friend of mine has an auto 1.6 and does the same thing most of the time, sounds like the rear wheel has been locked too tight or something, but there's no noise when the car is moved backward!?

Could be that the handbrake is a bit 'sticky' -- get your dealer to look at it next service?
I have had several cars that do this -- if the handbrake hasn't disengaged properly it won't do so whilst going backwards (I don't really understand why -- I would if it was drums on the rear, but not discs) but will whilst going forwards. In my current car the solution is to pull the handbrake slightly as you drive off (forwards) and there will be a 'thunk' and everything's fine. I've had the rear brakes stripped twice by a dealer which improved it for a while each time, but no permanent solution.
