Hello Derek,

What keeps you up so late? I just drank too much coke tonight and caffeine is not letting me sleep. And I have to be up early to do the horses in the morning!!!!

My excuse was I was watching them rolling around half naked in a plastic tube on Big Brother, wouldn't be surprised if there were a few blokes doing the same, getting an eyeful of Kate in her thong!
