Hi - I have the automatic sound level thingy switched on for the radio, but I cant hear that it makes any difference - The handbook doesnt give any special intructions - is this speed related or noise related? or doesnt anyones' work
thanks Steve & Lyn

there is another topic that covers this but the jist of it goes like this...

Its supposed to work on noise levels but no-one's works.

Shame it would have been a nice touch, but then to turn it up load enough to hear it at speed with roof down would probably blow the standard speakers anyway!

I hate to say this but mine does actually work. The only thing is it seems to do it the wrong way round.
For example when I reach higher speeds the volume goes quieter. When I graduall y get slower in a traffic jam it goes back louder

Still rather have a working one the wrong way round than not one at all ;->

you'd rather have it working the wrong way round than not at all?!?!? Bizarre.

Well it was supposed to be in my Oct 2001 pre-multiplex but you guessed it, it doesn't work either.

Not bad of Peugoet advertising a feature that either doesn't work or isn't actually there in the first place, cost effective ingenious idea I'd say
