could anyone tell me if the spacesaver wheel is still available to buy?

My dealer - "city motors of sheffield" tell me they have never heard of such a thing and say no such part exists after looking on the parts system

could anyone help? It would be brill if I could give the dealer part number.

thanks to anyone who may advise

regards

It was in the Feb 2002 accessories price list:

Space Saver Spare and Fitted 115/70 R15 - 54.00

If Pug don't do it any more, you could always source one from elsewhere.

If you mean

City Motors Sheffield
127 Ecclesall Road
Sheffield
S11 8HY

Then a quick glance at Peugeot's website http://ww2.peugeot.co.uk/cgi-bin/ppkfcw ... ID=015434N would indicate that they are.

I have a metal wheel but never got around to getting a tyre fitted - there was a problem at the time finding the right size and then I bought an alloy off Rob anyway so it's now in the garage!

Let me know if you're interested - whereabouts are you? I'm in Berks. But it's not worth posting - as it's pretty heavy and would cost more than the rim  !!!!!

pauline. Thanks for the offer regarding the rim. Im in sheffied so its probably a no go.

Im off on my hols to cornwall soon in my car and I will be a lot happier if I have a spare. Perhaps Ill have to buy an alloy like you.

Anyone got one spare alloy or space saver to sell?

Thanks

Surely you have to put it where the wheel was - with it in the boot it is as much use as a chocolate teapot! (sorry can't do smileys etc)
