Front Seats

I have a new spec 1.6CC and was wondering whether it was possible to lay the front passenger seat back flat?

Unfortunately my car did not come with a manual, and i havent found the lever/knob as yet.

Any suggestions??

isnt the lever for the back angle the one nearest the handbrake on each seat. ( I just pull at the levers until something moves or breaks)

So why do you want the seat flat - lol

isnt the easiest way to have the seat upright and just have the roof off. No need top lowerd the seat as no one (

) will bang their heads.

I've got two levers on the driver's seat... My seat always leaned too far back and I discovered that the one by the door ALSO allows me to adjust the LEAN of the seat (not just ping forward to put my shopping in the back). Then I used the one by the handbrake to fine tune it.

you don't need the roof down to get wet. quite a few owners can get wet with the roof up.

hey Pauline as Lyndon can testify when he saw my car today (he was collecting his model), my cars seats are wet through.

The roof leaks got so bad that I have to put plastic over the drivers seat now.

32 days until the new one - I hope.

Blimey Rob, you're not kidding about your lemon. If you park it in the sunshine (what sunshine!), you could convert it into a mobile greenhouse, it'd be so humid.
