thats cause he's at the McFlurry factory helping to design the Greg S(poon). It's a larger deeper spoon allowing the shovelling of much more ice cream into one's gob.

Someone has to make a suggestion for a convoy start point so how about the Swallow Hotel Waltham Abbey just off junction 26 of the M25. That way anyone from East/North London, Essex or Hertfordshire can meet up.

No don't worry Adrian it hasn't been finalised!
There are a few of us convoying up from Berkshire and I know lastnight at the mini meet people were mentioning about meeting up in a nearby service station or somewhere similar to convoy to Thorpe Park together.
Will keep you posted
