Europe Meeting in the Netherlands

Hello everybody,
My name is Peter and I'm a member of the dutch 206CC Club which has already over 300 members. We are going to organize a 206CC Europe meeting in the Netherlands in the weekend of 22,23 and 24 of August. We are going to organize this event in Asten where we will already booked a hotel for all of our foreign visitors. We expeced a total of somewhere between 150 and 250 CC's so we hope some of you would like to come over there. We will have soon a website which will inform you all about all the important things about this meeting. If you havealready some questions please mail me at peter@vandegriek.net or TC@206ccClub.nl

Yes, we know it very early to inform you all about but we have to start already because we think(hope) there will be around 300 CC's that weekend. And we hope there will be some from the UK and Ireland as well!!!!! It will be a european meeting so we will try to get as much countries there as we can.

European 206CC Meeting 2003.

During the weekend of August 22, 23 and 24th ,
The Dutch 206CC Club is preparing the European Meeting for Club members,
206cc owners and Fans from all over Europe.

Find below the preliminary schedule for the weekend.

Friday August 22nd, 2003.
Starting at 14.00 Sing Up and Reception.
From 18.00 onwards Games of Skills Competition on the parking lot.
Dinner free of choice at own expense.

Saturday August 23rd, 2003.
08.00 Breakfast All Together.
10.00 Start of the Treasure-hunt Rally.
13.00 Lunch All Together.
14.30 Second Part of the Treasure-hunt Rally.
18.00 Arrivals of the Treasure-hunt Rally Contesters and round up for a drink.
20.00 Dinner-Buffet Party

Sunday August 24th, 2003.
09.00 Breakfast All Together.
10.30 Trip to Photographic Location.
13.00 Take pictures all together.
15.00 Arrival back at the Hotel, where the Weekend comes to an end.

During the weekend, our home is the Nobis Hotel in Asten, WWW.NOBIS.NL.

Rooms can be pre-booked mentioning ‘206cc Meeting’ directly to the Hotel reception.
Special Pricing for a double room ( 2 persons ) at € 75 per night, including breakfast.

To take part in the weekend program each person is charged € 40 excluding drinks.
